I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room we initially got was across from the elevator and had issues, but after the switch, the corner king room was immaculate. The service was excellent, with really nice staff throughout, even though the dining options were a bit of a rip-off. The location was great if you want the beach but lacked walking restaurant options. Overall, it was a nice stay but with a few hiccups.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the housekeeping ladies with lovely South American accents were so friendly. The service, from checking in with Suzie and Cinthia to the valet parking, was top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring Hollywood and Miami, with a great view over the water. Despite some minor issues with the balcony needing cleaning and the limited dining options, my overall experience was fantastic.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, clean, had ample space, and a good TV. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony with a bathtub was a great addition. I loved everything about it, and the heated pools worked great too.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the views from the balcony of the intra-coastal waterway were stunning, the room itself did not live up to the luxury description with a questionable wall fixture and stained rugs. The service, especially from staff like Nickita, Francene, Tamara, Josephine, and Barbara, was exceptional, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The location, though crowded, was great for us with relaxing surroundings. The dining options were limited and a bit overpriced, but other amenities like the pool were enjoyable.
The hotel's location is splendid, near the beach and convenient for accessing various restaurants. The rooms, though initially noisy due to elevator sounds, turned out to be adequate and comfortable. I found the service offered by the staff, at an extra charge for certain amenities, to be excellent. However, the dining experience, especially in terms of value for money, was not the best. Despite that, the location was perfect for attending events like weddings at nearby venues and enjoying beach time.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect with large, clean spaces, ample storage, and two super comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the multiple charging points and the spacious balcony that offered stunning views of the waterway and the ocean. The only downside was that my room wasn't ready until 10:30/11 pm at night, which was a bit late for me. The hotel was fair in terms of fitness amenities, as it could benefit from having an elliptical and a wider range of weights.
